I now want you to take my  project charter and refine it to include a comprehensive Scope of work Statement. Then I want you to develop a Work Break Down Structure for my project. You can do this in Ms Word of Ms Excel using the drawing function. 

The Scope of work is the statement that describes in detail, all the work you will do and not do. For example if you are planning a wedding and need to get flowers, food and a DJ. The scope of work (sow) would be something like this:

Research flower companies, make a short list, visit the companies, select one company, order flowers.

Research catering companies, make a short list, visit the companies, select a caterer, choose your menu…………………………and so on……………

and one last question regarding this project

Think of your project and list some of the resources that will be required to complete the project (could be people, $ or things)
