Good Afternoon, when thinking about assessing, implementing, and evaluating organizational policy, what are some tools you may use toward greater success toward implementation? For instance: assessments, surveys, research, perhaps tools such as SWOT or Root Cause Anaylsis? Have you had the opportunity to work with any or some of these measures/tools? How so?
