1. What elements in the company’s culture, the external environment, or other factors influenced the crisis?
2. What could the company have done to avoid the crisis in the first place?
3. How should the company have handled the crisis differently?
4. If the situation was handled well, what could other organizations learn from this company’s behavior?
Your final report should contain a minimum of six academic citations, including those submitted in Part 1 – Background.
