Assignment
Prepare a comprehensive quantity and cost estimate for a small Commercial Project.The estimate should include the following components:
• Office and job overheads (from assignment 2)
• Excavation
• Concrete
• Masonry
• Metal
• Thermal and moisture protection
The drawings provided are not comprehensive so you might have to make some assumptions related to the quantities and cost. If so, please include a list of assumptions in the beginning of your final report. You also have to prepare an estimate summary sheet at the end (Sheet is attached as an excel file). You all have to include your overhead estimate from Assignment #2 in the summary sheet
