Task
In this assessment, you will critically evaluate the design at any one of these three levels: process, operations, or supply network, and develop a rationale for improvement.
Considering the problems or trade-offs discussed on the previous assessment’s forum, write a report which critically evaluates the design of process, operations or supply network (i.e. one of these three levels) in your organisation/industry or an organisation/industry with which you are familiar.
You are required to use any set of relevant concepts or frameworks covered in the first three modules. We also recommend you to illustrate any designs (e.g. process map) in your report using the simple tools available in MS Word.
Make sure you briefly introduce the context at the beginning of your report. You can use the same context as the one you analysed in your previous assessment; however, you need to cite it in line with the AIB Style Guide.
