I need to find unknown result, I finished my lab and I have a result but I do not understand how to find the unknown

Here is my result :

My Lab result is 1813~ 1815  picture…  (Almost finish .. but I am confuse..)

First,  I need to find answer for 1817 ( I do not know what I need put in formula and reaction section)  

For, picture name 1818,  I need to describe how do I find unknown Cation and Anion for unknown , and I need Two Claims for cation and anion
